We provide continuing and comprehensive health care for the individual and family across all ages, genders and diseases. The medical care is based on knowledge of the patient in the context of the family and the community, emphasizing disease prevention and health promotion.
• Diagnosis and treatment of chronic and acute illnesses
• Preventive medical care services such as mammograms, Pap tests, colon cancer screening, cardiovascular prevention
• Routine physical examinations
• Immunizations
• Patient health counseling
• Referral to specialists if needed
• Coordinating care provided by other subspecialists
Not all physician services are insured by OHIP. Examples of
uninsured services are sick notes, insurance forms, employment letters,
visit without a valid health card, missed
appointments, file transfer fees, travel
health, etc. Please refer to our policy and wall posters for most common
services and their fees.
